Sudden passing of Local 4005 President George Baker
Update: September 11, 2015
Members who attended the memorial service of Brother George Baker say that it was a beautiful service with many in attendance. Only a few short weeks ago he attended the Unifor Rail Council on August 20th and the Unifor Canadian Council August 21 to 23. He was looking forward to his daughter's wedding, and was scheduled to attend our Unifor Council 4000 Executive and Staff meetings in Montreal on September 16 and 17. George left us too soon, and we will miss him.
Unifor Council 4000 and Local 4005 have made a $500.00 donation to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation in honour of Brother George Baker.
