Attention: Unifor – CNTL Owner Operators

We are pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement on a new collective agreement on behalf of our almost 1000 members at CN Transportation Ltd. (CNTL), who are dependent owner-operator truck drivers across Canada and members of Unifor National Council 4000.
We will be holding a leadership meeting in Toronto on September 19, 2019 with our CNTL Local Chairpersons to discuss the tentative agreement, which is subject to ratification by the membership. Ratification meetings will follow our September 19 leadership meeting and details of the dates, times and locations will follow once they are all confirmed.
Details of the agreement are being withheld until the ratification process commences.
