2024-04-24 Unifor National Council 4000 CN Bargaining Survey
For Canadian National Railway members of Unifor National Council 4000 (Locals 4001, 4002, 4003, 4004, 4005)

The end of this year marks the end of our current collective agreements between Unifor and Canadian National Railway Co. (CN) on Collective Agreements 5.1, 5.1 Supplemental, and Agreement 5.4.  These four agreements expire at 23:59 local time on December 31, 2024.

Consequently, it is time for us to start thinking about what our priorities should be for our next round of collective bargaining with CN.

Your bargaining committees are seeking your feedback. We kindly ask that you take a few minutes and share with us your ideas and viewpoints by completing the survey below. Your input is critical in determining and prioritizing our bargaining agenda.  Results will be posted on www.unifor4000.com prior to the start of negotiations.
Surveys must be completed and returned before 23:59 local time on Saturday, June 15, 2024.

Please note that this survey is open only to CN members of Unifor National Council 4000 (Locals 4001, 4002, 4003, 4004 and 4005) working under the above noted Collective Agreements.
