We require demographic information on our CNTL membership

The Unifor Council 4000 CNTL Bargaining Committee is requesting information from our membership.  As we are preparing for negotiations in the New Year with CNTL and CN, many Unifor CNTL members indicated on our bargaining surveys that they desire a cost effective benefit and insurance plan.  We have held discussions with a benefit provider for a benefit plan that covers prescription drugs, dental and a vision plan, to name some.  Are you interested?
