Unifor National Council 4000 reache Tentative Agreements with CN and CNTL

As was reported on April 1, 2019 on Unifor's RailLINE, the information publication for Unifor members employed in Canada's Rail Transportation sector, as well as on the Unifor website and press release, four new tentative agreements were reached with CN and CN Transportation Ltd. (CNTL) in Montreal on March 31, 2019. Those agreements cover more than 3000 Unifor members at Canada's largest Class 1 railway.
Ratification meetings have been scheduled all across Canada to conduct voting on the new agreements: The CNTL Agreement, Agreements 5.1, 5.1 Supplemental (Intermodal), Agreement 5.4, and CN Savage Alberta Railway, which will now be referred as CN Agreement 5.14. |
Limited copies of the Memorandum of Settlements will be available at the Ratification Votes.
