Election for the positions of Regional Representative for Unifor National Council 4000

This is to advise that Unifor National Council 4000 – Locals 4001, 4002, 4003, 4004 and 4005 – will be conducting elections for the positions of Regional Representatives for National Council 4000. These are full-time positions that serve a three-year term commencing on July 1, 2018.

As was done for the election for Council President this past fall, Council 4000 will be conducting this election electronically. All members whose names were on their Company employee lists will be registered to vote in these elections. In the event that you do not receive a letter from Simply Voting, please contact the Unifor Council 4000 Election Committee Member handling your Local for information on how to receive your voting credentials.

Unifor National Council 4000 members, members of Unifor Locals 4001, 4002, 4003, 4004 and 4005 in good standing, are eligible to vote in this election.

Voting will open on Simply Voting's website on May 18, 2018 at 00:01 EST and voting will close on May 25, 2018 at 23:59 EST for the following positions:

Full-time position of Regional Representative: CNTL System - Locals 4001, 4002, 4003, 4004 & 4005
Servicing members of CN Transportation Ltd. (Nationwide)

Full-time position of Regional Representative: Mountain Region - Local 4001
Servicing members of CN Agreements 5.1, 5.1 Supplemental (Intermodal), 5.4 and CN Savage Alberta Railway; Rocky Mountain Catering Company; VIA Rail Agreements 1 and 2. (Alberta, British Columbia and Western Saskatchewan)

Full-time position of Regional Representative: Great Lakes Region - Local 4003
Servicing members of CN Agreements 5.1 and 5.1 Supplemental (Intermodal) and Toronto Terminals Railway. (Ontario)

Full-time position of Regional Representative: Great Lakes & St. Lawrence Region - Locals 4003 & 4004
Servicing members of VIA Rail Agreements 1 and 2 in Ontario and VIA Rail Agreement 2 in Ontario and Quebec. (Ontario and Quebec)
